SUPER IMPORTANT REALIZATION
Mary-Kate and Ashley movies are RIDDLED with soon-to-be stars. Yes, yes, everyone knows that Michael Cera was in Switching Goals and Megan Fox was in Holiday in the Sun. But I bet you didn’t know that apparently Mary-Kate’s lips—and NOT Ashley’s—are male tv star gold. Let me break this down for you…
1. Ethan Peck in Passport to Paris.
Our dark and brooding Patrick Verona from 10 Things I Hate About You fakes a French accent and takes Mary-Kate on a joyride through Paris.
2. Jesse Spencer in Winning London.
Australian Dr. Robert Chase from House takes up as and English noble who provides an outlet for Mary-Kate’s Type-A tendencies. (Side note: if my memory serves me right, this is easily the best Mary-Kate and Ashley movie and is a rather decent movie in its own right.)
3. Austin Nichols in Holiday in the Sun.

Charming Julian Baker from One Tree Hill plays Cyrano for Mary-Kate’s love interest, only to have her discover that the man behind the man is her true love. (He also happens to say the creepiest line in the entire world: “Everybody’s got a hobby, right? You’re mine.” STALKER ALERT!)
4. Jared Padalecki in New York Minute.
Demon fighter Sam Winchester from Supernatural gets shirtless and macks on Mary-Kate’s wannabe rocker.
Seriously. If you want to be a male TV star, you better get a hold of Mary-Kate’s lips pronto. (Poor Ashley.)
